BLACKBIRD

Inspired in part by the crimes of sex offender Toby Studebaker, David Harrower’s Blackbird and depicts a young woman meeting a middle-aged man fifteen years after being sexually abused by him when she was twelve.
This was The Living Room’s second production of the piece, which they originally staged in 2011 as part of their first season.
